Our car broke and some major brain from VW decided to hire this company to pick it up and bring it to the garage. When we arrived the two employees who we have spoken to before disappeared suddenly and the boss remained on the phone. After he finished he complained that our French is not sufficient. My wife and I speak 4 languages and a bit French. This very nice human being just French. We left the garage with no solition at all and ordered VW to pick up the car and bring it to VW in Montemilar. When I read the negative comments about Loriol Auto I believe every word. My recommendation to the boss? Do something else when you don‘t like your job. A total different career might fit.

Perfect! It was an awesome experience with them. Our car stopped working on the way to Spain and they helped us out immediately. Since the repair would have taking some time, we got a rental car for 3 weeks and could pick up our car on our way back from Barcelona. They were so friendly and helpful, if we could we would give more than 5 stars. Thank you!

We have a flat tires on the freeway. The toll truck came under 30 mns , and the Bose Christian make our problems dissipated with one phone call ! We get 2 tires and the Provo was fixed , with less as 30 mns with a good coffee ! The old fashion of automobile business / connection is the best and nothing is better ! Real people from automobile market wit understand. Is not the internet can do this ! Is real life . Thank you

Avoid at all costs. The owner is disrespectful, a complete charlatan who doesn't like his job, and I suspect he doesn't like many people either. Context: My car was brought to this garage after breaking down on the highway. I left my car there, and the mechanic told me it wasn't the battery and that they would call me once they had diagnosed the problem. After several unsuccessful phone calls, I decided to go back to the garage with my father a few days after the breakdown. We were greeted by the owner, who didn't even look us in the eye, treated us like idiots, and interrupted my father when his phone rang, answering it without even an apology. The mechanic who had worked on my car the day it broke down finally arrived. We asked him if they had diagnosed the problem, to which he replied, "But your engine is shot, sir." No price. No estimate. No explanation. He had simply "deduced" that this was the issue by opening the hood. We therefore insisted on a more thorough diagnosis. He told us he would take a closer look and keep us informed. I waited two weeks only to receive an email saying "engine dead," still without an estimate or any explanation. Having warned him on the day of the breakdown that if it was an engine problem, I wouldn't be able to afford the repairs, I gave him the go-ahead to take it to a junkyard. In return, as required by law, I expected a photocopy of my vehicle registration document, crossed out and dated, which I had given him at his request, as well as a transfer certificate. Which I never received. After numerous follow-ups and fruitless calls where I was given the runaround, I suggested we come to the garage to complete the paperwork together, despite the fact that the garage was two hours away from my home, because time was of the essence. I was paying insurance premiums for nothing, and it had been over three weeks since the diagnostic check. To this, he replied, "If you come, I'll throw your car out on the street." Being threatened over the phone, when my offer was precisely to make things easier for him and finally resolve the situation, was the last straw. On the advice of my insurance company, I sent them a formal notice. A few days later, I called them back, and they told me my car had been sent to a junkyard. What about the certificate? What about my registration? I immediately called the junkyard affiliated with this garage, and they told me the car wasn't there. So my car has... vanished? Thankfully, the woman at the junkyard told me she would do her best to resolve the situation, and a few days later, she told me she had gone to pick up my car from the garage (odd, the owner had told me it had already been sent?) and she sent me all the documents. Conclusion: More than a month to resolve the situation. The owner is despicable, disrespectful, and rude. The estimate was unclear; I'm even starting to doubt if my engine was really beyond repair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Change professions, sir, and show some respect. Being overbooked is no excuse to threaten and rip off your customers.
