I had my damaged vehicle inspected.
I'll never know if they were competent because they couldn't find the body parts (I don't know if they even looked in two months). So I contacted a supplier of recycled parts who had the necessary parts, but the body shop told me they didn't work with them.
So I contacted a small body shop in Yvrac, and they found them the same day.

Vehicle dropped off following an accident. Last year. The repairs were done, the door paint didn't match the vehicle's paint, resulting in a second attempt by forcing it with a delay, then I told them that during the accident the rim had been affected and since then I had been having tremors and that the vehicle was pulling to one side, they asked me to bring it back, they just misaligned the steering wheel, results: steering wheel tilted on the road but straight wheels, alignment and geometry to be done (at my expense elsewhere). In addition, when ordering parts on the first attempt, there was an error on the order, the rearview mirror was not the right one, it took 3 weeks for them to receive the correct one. In short, today when I resell it, my steering wheel is not straight even though the wheels are, and it's shaking. Run away and if your insurer suggests this garage, say no.

The two girls at reception are smiling, kind, and pleasant! It's a pleasure to work with them. The people in the garage are also very responsive and competent! I came in one morning for advice on my flat tire, and they fixed it right there for a very reasonable price. I had a strange noise, so I was able to bring my car in a few days later. They looked at it and checked everything; there was nothing wrong, and they didn't invent any problem! An honest garage with no rip-offs (which can be difficult when you're a woman traveling alone). I highly recommend them! Go there without hesitation!
