What lovely people. After our car broke down and we had to wait for a replacement car everybody was so nice to us. Letting us stay in the showroom for almost 6 hours. Offering a car to get some food, calling a taxi for us. Giving us water and coffee the whole day.
If we were to buy or rent a car in Bordeaux this would be the place to go to.

Great service and very efficient. I was helped by Vincent who was very professional and attentive to my requests. They planned 2 days for the revision of my car and they ended up to finish it in the same day. Fantastic. I had it back all clean and shiny.

The salespeople are not trained properly to speak about the cars. We leased a car and was informed that we would be able to have our phones mirror screened to our new vehicle so that we could use Waze. However, not only did we receive the car 1.5 months late because the salesperson was on training and on vacation and no one followed up with us but we were also not able to mirror screen our phones to the vehicle unless we initially purchase the GPS option. We spoke with the newly hired Manager to see if we can pay for the GPS option now but he said that they can no longer install the GPS once the car is built. We are thoroughly disappointed at the incompetence of the salespeople and also the lack of interest or care to customers that lease a 40K car. Please go to another dealership other than the one located in Lormont.

Amazing service. On a trip with my family over the holidays, the mechanics got us in quickly and fixed everything immediately and all under warranty.
