Following a belt problem, I went to the Loudeac dealership. Beyond the excellent welcome, the workshop manager offered to take care of the problem without me asking. In the end, a much lower bill and great responsiveness. Well done.

We were on the road and had an engine light on, we stopped this morning (Saturday) at this garage and were more than welcomed by Amen who welcomed us despite the fact that there was no one available to repair it. We were able to stay in the dealership with our two young children for several hours while waiting for a Taxi to come and pick us up to go home. Amen understood our distress because we are going on vacation next week and told us that he was trying to make the repair urgent, thank you again Amen 🙏

Car broke down, 15 days to diagnose it, and they give you a quote that's jaw-dropping, at 90 euros an hour for labor, no exaggeration. The price of the parts, let's not even talk about it, I bought the part 4 times cheaper on the internet. And the manager is very arrogant.
