I'm reinstating my negative review, which I removed after a discussion with the owner about the supposedly standardized prices, etc. Ultimately, it's always the customer's word versus the professional's (although I doubt that windshield washer fluid is standardized in Renault servicing, the same goes for degreaser, etc., which are charged exorbitantly—surprising, as I didn't experience this with my last service at a large dealership...).
However, it's completely illegal for the garage to advertise by placing a sticker at the bottom of the license plate without the customer's knowledge! My wife didn't buy her vehicle from you, so what gives you the right to put your information over the original dealership's without asking permission? It doesn't matter that it has no impact; it's a matter of principle, something that seems to be falling out of favor in France.

I would like to thank the garage manager and his team for their professionalism, support, and availability. We had a problem with a tire on a vehicle we purchased from a Renault dealership. While Renault in Saran refused to help us, Garage Loury continued to guide us, offer advice, and carry out the repair. I am very grateful to the garage and highly recommend their services.
