Run away!
You leave your vehicle at 10 AM for a complete service, including a coolant flush, because at 50,000 km it's completely black, and you report a few issues:
No low AdBlue warning lights last week, even though it was low!
GPS map update impossible to perform despite following the Citroën update procedure.
Upon receiving the vehicle, they tell you your windshield wipers are worn out and need replacing (quote of €76).
When you pick up your car, you notice the wiper blades are reversed and are wiping the windshield pillar? Even worse, when checking the expansion tank, the fluid is still dark black because it wasn't drained and replaced (a €130 charge), and of course, nothing was checked regarding the AdBlue level (a known and recurring problem with Citroën!). And I'm not even mentioning the courtesy car rental system, outsourced to a subsidiary company that's only good for sending emails! Since the last time, the staff has apparently been replaced, but the competence and expertise are clearly lacking. So, a €750 bill for this is bordering on fraud!

Finally got my C5 Aircross back after the receptionist explained that for the eight days they kept it, I understand the first part was faulty, but considering how long it took... I was very well received and received a good explanation when I handed over my car. I think that when you have an appointment, you should be given priority as soon as the correct part arrives. It's not the mechanics' fault; it's the fault of those giving the orders. Other customers should see what happens. Personally, I wasn't lucky, but my car was well repaired. Thank you to everyone, and thank you to the very kind cashier.
