I hadn't been back to that garage for a while, and now I completely understand why: the telephone service is still appalling. It's unbelievable how foreign concepts politeness and respect for customers seem to be to them. It's as if they'd rather not answer properly; truly disappointing...

After the engine warning light came on upon our return from vacation, we had to stop at this garage.
They took the car in immediately and, after a diagnostic check, reassured us that our return home was without any problems.
The service was friendly and the bill was reasonable.
