I was on holiday in Nancy and got engine problems. Four different Citroën car repair garage didn't want to help. Car Avenue Nancy was also full and the next repair possibility was in 3 weeks.
Nevertheless they offert to diagnose the problem. It was a small problem, so they repaired it directly. And they didn't even charge anything for it. Although they worked for 3/4 of an hour on it.

A very bad experience at this garage, which I vowed never to return to. When I booked an appointment for my C3's service, the woman at the counter told me the car was part of a recall campaign concerning the camshaft chain and that I should have been notified. However, I never received anything warning me about this problem, and I should point out that the vehicle was purchased from them. The recall campaign took place two weeks later, and I was told there was no problem, that everything was compliant. A month and a half later, my car went for its MOT (French roadworthiness test), and the inspector told me there was an unusual noise and mentioned this infamous camshaft problem... I decided to go back to Citroën, not understanding why, since a month and a half earlier, there had supposedly been no issues. In short, for full coverage, they asked me to provide the last three service invoices for the vehicle, which I did. From there, there's always an excuse not to do things. They treat me like an idiot, telling me I needed service invoices, not maintenance invoices, as they originally requested, and I should point out that all the work was done at their dealership... It's impossible to get it covered under warranty or even get an estimate to see the cost of the repairs because the person at the counter flatly refused. No solution was offered. I will never go back to that garage and I will never buy another vehicle from Citroën. They're great at making a sale, but for everything else, they're useless. I should also add that it's much better to go there in person because on the phone they always tell you they'll get back to you after taking your details, but they NEVER call you back.
