Excellent garage! My car was repaired very quickly and very well, and afterwards it hasn't had any problems. I highly recommend them.

Nous avons découvert le garage VALZER il y a environ deux ans suite à un problème mécanique avec notre Clio. À l'époque ils nous avait dépanné en urgence malgré leur planning déjà complet. Depuis nous faisons appel au garage VALZER pour tous les entretiens et suivi de nos véhicules et nous en sommes très contents ! Les devis sont toujours très sérieux, et la qualité des prestations est vraiment au top. En plus leur équipe est vraiment sympathique. Nous recommandons vraiment ce garage sans hésitation ! My vehicle has always been properly maintained since the beginning, so I came to have my timing belt replaced, which was coming, and I mean coming, to its deadline (only 70,000 km). I haven't even done 4,000 km and it's only been 8 months since one of the guides broke and blocked the entire mechanism, causing my engine to break. Luckily for me, it was within the warranty year for this service, but Mr. Valzer doesn't give a damn... as he knows very well how to say it since he doesn't care... about my vehicle... He doesn't even deign to reply to the letters I send him despite an acknowledgment of receipt... No sense of professionalism and lack of politeness. I strongly advise against it and recommend the Renault Laxou garage instead, who know how to represent the Renault brand! (I put one star because I have to put it as a comment, otherwise it wouldn't even deserve its name)
