🔧❄️ Despite a "no leak" diagnosis, my air conditioning unit, recharged in August at the Hanse garage, only lasted a few days...
📞 When I called back for a follow-up → appointment postponed to early September.
⏳ Today I called back → they told me it was the end of October!
➡️ Always further away, never a solution... 🤷♂️
❌ What kind of customer service?

Very professional and helpful garage. A very kind owner who strives to help us and find solutions. A very efficient and pleasant mechanic team. Thank you again for my tire; you did me a great service!
And the price is lower than elsewhere!
I recommend it!

We contacted the garage about an ad on Leboncoin. They asked us for additional information, which we responded to. We heard nothing, so we called. The secretary told us they had to work and didn't just answer emails. However, when an ad is on Leboncoin, we often send an email. We're disappointed.

Both of our cars were purchased from this garage. After taking back our old Ford at the best price, we bought a used one from them. They then repaired a small defect in the passenger leather and replaced the slightly scratched windshield at their expense. So we came back, and were tempted by a LOA, which we are satisfied with for the moment (but one week is a bit insufficient to judge)

Visit on August 8, 2019, around 11 a.m.
Following a problem with my vehicle, I urgently went to this garage for information. The boss brought my car into the garage, and a mechanic quickly looked at it, checked it out, and tested the vehicle. He had a 90% chance that it was due to bad fuel (the car was losing power and stalling everywhere). He estimated the costs and announced €800 to €1,200 (ignition coil, spark plug) if it wasn't fuel-related. He advised us to go home like that and go to the nearest garage. Before leaving, I asked if I owed anything. The boss demanded €35 in cash without a receipt. In short, my mechanic told us that the car could have caught fire due to a faulty ignition coil... In the end, the car was repaired at Renault Borre for €105.90, completed in less than 40 minutes (removal of the case + labor + parts).
I do not recommend Renault Lumbres for their lack of professionalism, knowing that they posed a fire risk.
Knowing that I had my 2-month-old son in the car, the boss and mechanic were completely oblivious.
