I'm giving one star because I can't give less. We've never seen such appalling customer service... Our Peugeot 308 was bought from them less than two years ago. A warning light came on because the car has the infamous, well-known Peugeot AdBlue problem. Despite the fact that the car was bought from them and the problem is known to Peugeot, they're asking us for €120 for a diagnostic check, something I've never seen before. We had to fight to get it done for free. On the day of the diagnostic, we dropped off our car at 9 am. In the afternoon, we received a quote for over €1600 and were told that Peugeot wouldn't cover anything. So we went to the dealership to pick up the car, and that's when the whole ordeal began. They handed us the keys without any explanation and said, "Thanks, goodbye." We got angry, explaining that the problem is known to Peugeot and that it's their responsibility to cover the repairs. To which they replied, "We're not Peugeot." What a joke! What does your sign say? They told me I was playing with words... After a long discussion, they advised us to file a complaint with Peugeot France, providing them with documents. The second problem was that we were about to leave the garage without any documentation. They refused to give us the diagnostic report in writing, claiming it was confidential. Instead, they offered to provide us with an invoice for the diagnostic. Great! When we went to get the invoice, they couldn't find it. It makes you wonder if the diagnostic had even been done... The manager finally realized there was a problem. It turned out the car hadn't been fully reassembled. That's when things got serious; they were going to let us leave with our car, which wasn't ready to go. Who knows what could have happened to us? Of course, they couldn't fix it immediately and felt obligated to lend us a car in the meantime. The car, by the way, is insured with a €5,000 excess. So, before even touching it, I immediately called my insurance company to get insurance. €5,000 excess and €1,600 for repairs—the bill adds up quickly! Furious, we requested a trade-in estimate, which we're still waiting for... We strongly advise against using this dishonest and untrustworthy garage. Our advice: run away!

Excellent experience at the Peugeot Lunel dealership for the purchase of my Peugeot 308.

All his commitments were met, including the delivery date, as well as all the bodywork repairs, which allowed me to pick up a vehicle that was practically brand new.
