Awaiting a quote, with no response, I learned that the work was done without prior agreement because
"it's only €200, no need for a quote."
The receptionists were very professional and accommodating after I requested a goodwill gesture; however, the workshop manager should take some vacation days or even retire because raising his voice at a young woman and threatening to return my car damaged by removing the new part, when the garage is at fault, is truly shameful. Give him a massage for his retirement; he needs it…

Exceptional. Due to an oversight by the expert, the garage staff did everything possible to ensure the repairs were completed in time for the re-inspection for the MOT. Furthermore, the service was top-notch and they took great care of my vehicle. Thank you again!

Je ne me permettrais pas de juger la qualité du travail de l'atelier de ce garage, n'ayant aucune compétence en mécanique auto. Par contre, jai pu constater bien des dysfonctionnements sur le suivi administratif des véhicules pris en charge lors des campagnes de rappel : impossible de savoir si les vérifications de sécurité ont réellement été réalisées, aucune tracabilite, réponses du secrétariat à votre demande d'informations confuses et inadaptées.... De plus, temps d'intervention d'1h prévue par Peugeot mais le garage immobilise votre voiture une journée. Pour toutes ces raisons je vous conseille d'éviter ce garage qui semble incapable de gérer efficacement son activité.
