Action, Reaction! These are the words I use to recognize the professionalism of the administrative staff as well as the members of the Mechanical and Bodywork Workshops.
My car suffered major damage following a collision and was immobilized for four days, so I was able to borrow one of their responsive vehicles.
I got my vehicle back, refurbished! Bravo to this team of professionals 👍

Run away, my vehicle broke down and was taken to their place.
No one answers the phone, the staff speaks very poorly. I've been waiting for the assistance extension for 15 days, which this garage has to validate. Everyone doesn't care, with no follow-up. I've never seen anything like this.

The welcome was decent but the service was deeply lacking in professionalism. The customer's specific requests were ignored. I had to drop off the car several times for the same problem. So, wasted days as a professional is costing me dearly.
Avoid a garage. You can get an oil change, but for other things, you'll have been warned.
