This garage was excellent before COVID, but now they require you to pay the repair bill upfront. They say you have to order the parts and, most importantly, pay the remaining balance before returning the vehicle.
I requested a quote in May, which was only issued in September: unacceptable... not to mention the cost of the quote itself. So I switched garages, because aside from selling new parts, I think this one doesn't want to bother with old cars anymore. For example, brake pads cost €100 and a 1-hour labor charge is €76... Brake pads only cost €40. Pay very close attention to your invoices.

I received excellent service and needed a completely new exterior mirror, including a color-matched cover, for a Mitsubishi Outlander. It was arranged within a week and no more expensive than at the dealership.
