We rented a Renault Zoe at Renault Lyon Nord in September 2021. Lina, who dealt with us, was extremely helpful and friendly. The experience both at pick-up and drop-off was easy, friendly and hassle-free. Lina even made us coffee while we waited for our taxi to the airport on the way home :-} Thank you to Lina and to Renault Nord. This kind of good service makes all the difference when you're travelling. We'll be back.

Worst Garage ever! Total scam! Don't go here! Changes parts (connectors) for a very common electric motor wire Renault problem (made to wear out) for 350 EUR. Didn't fix anything, then they say that the actual fix costs 1000 EUR to change the whole wire harness. They knew it from the start. Car still unusable.
