Garage Robert: Human and Ultra-Professional!
I stumbled upon this garage quite by chance, after a terrible experience with Feu Vert Vénissieux, who literally wrecked my engine: completely dead, everything had to be replaced. After calling several different Peugeot garages, this is where I found a team that truly listened and was ready to take on my vehicle.
From the very first phone call, I received a fantastic welcome, incredible patience, and above all, the kind of personal support that's becoming increasingly rare! In such a stressful situation, I was truly relieved to find such kind, competent, and transparent people.
We know we go to the mechanic because we're in trouble, but here, everything is done to make things go as smoothly as possible. Frankly, I'm still amazed by their professionalism and their commitment to service. Thank you again for everything!

A completely absurd quote (over €200 for the alignment, parts sold for €1,000 when identical parts were available for €150 new on Autodoc), and the €150 search fee wasn't announced when I dropped off the vehicle.
I later learned that the Peugeot recalls the garage had declared invalid... were indeed valid and needed to be done!
