I want to commend this garage for their professionalism and courtesy. I've visited several other garages, but at this one, it's fantastic to be able to rely on people so dedicated to customer service.

Scam! I came in regarding a problem with my vehicle, and the diagnostics were performed at another garage, and the receptionist gave me a quote for the annual service. (Which is completely unrelated.)
Then
First, after showing him that the complete annual service had been performed 5 months earlier by another certified garage, he told me I had to do it anyway because it wasn't a Renault garage.
Second, the quote provided by the Renault garage didn't even include the part I came in for.
Very disappointed by the management, I left with my vehicle and will have it repaired at another garage.

Where any other garage would simply repair and take your money, here they welcome you with a big smile, care about your needs, find every possible way to accommodate you (especially regarding deadlines), and then they fix it! They offer solutions only! And truly, they are kind and eager to help! That's rare enough to be worth mentioning. Thanks again for everything! :)

The secretary is haughty and unpleasant on the phone!
My vehicle was supposed to be taken to their office for an appraisal following an accident. It was refused because it wasn't a Renault. And the secretary clearly told me, "You don't have a Renault. Your vehicle doesn't belong here!" Then she hung up on me!
Your response is neither justified nor appropriate!

Top-notch garage! My car broke down on vacation, and I went to two garages that tried to rip me off. Luckily, I asked a shopkeeper who recommended your garage. Finally, an honest garage, at a fair price, and with excellent service despite my frustration upon arrival. Thank you, Cyril, for fixing my old clunker and saving our whole family's vacation. I highly recommend them!
