Amazing garage! The receptionists are absolutely lovely and accommodating, and the owner is very understanding and professional. I bought my new Twingo from them and I have absolutely no regrets; my car is a gem, meticulously maintained thanks to them. A huge thank you and complete trust—it's a pleasure and rare to find these days.

Honest mechanic. I brought my car in for an air conditioning problem and engine overheating. They quoted me €1300 for repairs and told me that if the problem returned, my car would be totaled. Three months later, the same thing happened again. The garage was honest enough to take me in as an emergency and confirm that my car was beyond repair, without charging me: the least they could do, you might say, but it's something. I returned a month later with a car I'd bought in a hurry. The garage remembered me and gave me a free service. In addition to this very kind gesture, it's good to note that they follow up with their customers, which is great. I recommend them.

For a faulty left headlight assembly on my Espace V, the garage correctly diagnosed a problem with the power supply unit, whereas Renault Lyon Nord wanted to replace the entire headlight assembly for €2500. So, excellent work by the mechanic and a very warm welcome.

I bought my new Twingo from them through a salesman, Mr. Jordi, who was incredible, very professional, and trustworthy. A year later, due for a service, I went to the Mondon garage. The welcome was completely different. The owner was unhelpful, had forgotten his promise of a 10% discount at the time of purchase, and the receptionist clearly didn't know the meaning of professionalism, judging by her behavior and attitude when I picked up my car after the service. It was impossible to find out what 38 service points were listed, I was told to pay immediately, and my questions were left unanswered, even though I wanted to schedule an appointment for the accessory belt to be replaced the following week. So, I ended up paying €205 for who-knows-what, just a piece of paper with two or three basic service points, compared to the 38 points I'd been told over the phone a few days earlier. She only had time to mention that the brake pads would need replacing in addition to the accessory belt. For a car that's only 6 years old and has 27,210 km on the clock, I have other questions. There's only one option: I have to change garages. Disappointed.
