Due to an error in the maintenance schedule of my lease agreement, this Renault dealership is incompetent. With the license plate number, anyone connected to the Renault network could have seen the manufacturer's recommended maintenance. In my case, the spark plugs were changed at 4 years or 60,000 km, and the EDC gearbox oil change on my Scénic 4 TCe 160 hp was not performed, even though the vehicle was under a Diac lease agreement that has now expired.
The last oil change they performed was done: too much oil, more than 1 cm over the mark on the dipstick... the coolant reservoir wasn't filled to the maximum level. After six months of discussions with the manager at the Croix Rousse branch regarding a contribution towards the cost of the four spark plugs at garage prices, he told me no contribution would be made. While he had told me to go to any Renault dealership of my choice to get the spark plugs at his expense, he refuses to acknowledge any of his mistakes, hangs up on me, and always finds excuses for not answering the phone. Avoid this garage at all costs! They're incompetent in both basic mechanics and basic human decency, and they have no respect for their customers. They treat their customers like idiots. I gave them one star, but if I had the choice, I would have given them zero. I don't usually like posting negative reviews, but if this can help others... Very disappointed and angry 😔

I'm a simple and easygoing person, but I can't stand lies.
I want to have a trusting relationship with my mechanic because the quality of his work contributes to the safety of my entire family.
It's often said, "When you find a good mechanic, you keep him," so I'm looking elsewhere!

I have been using this garage for over 10 years and I am only writing this review today! However, I have always appreciated its responsiveness, its speed whether for revisions or repairs of all kinds, its welcome, the possibility of having a loaner car. The boss does not push for consumption and always warns in advance when the intervention requires large expenses. Car collected this morning, cleaned, in addition to the revision and repair, it is very pleasant! Thank you!

My car's battery died 5 minutes from the garage.
The repair was completed 10 minutes later.
The mechanics even tested the battery at the garage afterwards.

Very disappointed that they didn't notify me before installing two tires, the price of which was €480.
I requested payment in two installments, including a cash payment on December 11th and a check for January.
And this Thursday, December 14th, the check was debited from my account.
How should I react?
