We had a problem with our brakes on our 30 year old Mercedes camper, the two Mercedes garages in the area were not interested in helping us. However Marc owner of this small family garage could have not been more helpful! The part had to be ordered and was likely to take up to three days to arrive, however 24h later the part arrived and was fitted straight away. Thanks for your help in getting our van fixed.

Had to take our vehicle back a couple of times as problem wasn't fixed. Went to pick it up and there was a big crack.in the windscreen and a scratch/dent in the door. They refused to accept responsibility for either. Brand new vehicle!

Great experience! Pleasant and friendly manager. Quick handling of my vehicle and very short response time (less than 48 hours for me) and quality work. Very good value for money. I expected much longer turnaround times for the work (rear axle replacement + other minor work).
I recommend without hesitation.

Le garage Vidonne est venu dépanner mon véhicule suite à une panne de démarreur (?).
Le dépannage sur place n'ayant pas pu se faire le véhicule a été emmené sur une remorque.
Après 24h de recherches infructueuses (test, recharge de la batterie, contrôle de la batterie de clé de contact, etc.) de la cause de la panne tout s'est remis à fonctionner normalement (!?)...
Seul le déplacement a été facturé.... puisqu'il n'y a pas eu de réparation a faire !
