I'm writing this review for my uncle, following a completely unacceptable experience.
The garage didn't even bother to look at the car, let alone run a diagnostic check. We were practically told we should be grateful they gave us five minutes at the counter… even though there was no one else in the garage.
They didn't listen at all, and there was absolutely no desire to help. When my uncle asked if they could at least recommend another garage nearby, the answer was no, with excuses like "everyone's closed," clearly just to get rid of us.
This garage's behavior was arrogant, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I absolutely do not recommend this so-called garage.
Just a few hundred meters away, we went to Garage Petit, where we were taken care of immediately, without any hassle. A truly independent, customer-focused, and professional garage that did what was necessary without any contempt or inappropriate behavior.

I'm surprised by so many negative reviews. I've been there 3 times recently, 2 to pick up a package and once today to send it. Each time, no problems. Friendly. I don't go there for my vehicle because it's leased with another brand.

Beware of the pricing...
My 82-year-old mother had a problem with the windshield wipers on her Citroën. She took it to the garage, which ordered a set of two wipers. She returned the next day, the garage installed them, and quoted her €156. She was surprised and ended up paying a bill representing 10% of her pension for a set of wipers that can be found for €40 at B... and V.... V being one of Citroën's suppliers. She didn't sign any estimate for such an exorbitant price for the service.
This reminds me of the time the garage charged her €100 for a diagnostic check for a problem that wasn't fixed.
But then again, my mother's memory is a bit hazy, otherwise she would never have asked that garage to replace the wipers for €156... (The last sentence appears to be a separate, unrelated comment: "Consommation signal is our friend.")

I regularly pick up packages, and I'm always well received by the owner and his wife. And
I also rented a car for several days, everything was great 👍😊
