Thank you to the whole team for their professionalism and efficiency. For months, my car was making a strange noise; several people noticed it, but no one ever identified the problem! They took the time to drive the car, which allowed them to diagnose and repair it!

Avoid at all costs!!!
I trusted this garage to have my car serviced and inspected, but unfortunately, I got it back damaged with significant scratches in two areas. The two tires that had been replaced with "apparently new" ones were dirty and looked worn. Furthermore, the trunk containing the spare tire had been tampered with, and I don't know if a part was taken or replaced, but everything had been ransacked and left in disarray. The garage had also told me my car would be cleaned, but it wasn't at all.
When I complained to the manager about the scratches, he said they probably happened in their garage parking lot, which is accessible to passing vehicles and not secure, and that the tires got dusty because their workshop is dusty. Of course, he refuses to take responsibility, even though my car hasn't had a scratch in almost eight years, and I've always taken good care of it.
In the end, I paid almost €800 for deplorable, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional service.

As a customer for at least 30 years, Garage du Havre and its team (including Stéphane, who is always there for you) have always taken care of my cars and my family members with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency (compare the time it takes to drop off and pick up your vehicle to other garages). My second experience with this garage for bodywork and maintenance was a resounding success. The team is incredibly friendly, competent, and always accommodating. They truly go the extra mile to fulfill your requests. It's a real pleasure. Furthermore, a significant portion of the deductible is covered by the garage. In short, as you can tell, I highly recommend them.

A really good garage 👍🏼 and friendly, one of the only ones in the area that was willing to take my car in and look at it very quickly. It had an emissions problem and was partially broken down. So don't hesitate to go there 😉
