Hello, we are currently working on upgrading to manufacturer standards. The current workload sometimes extends the quote deadline. Regarding the request for the windshield washer hose, the photo didn't allow us to see where it was cut to provide you with an accurate quote. Regarding the sensor, it was installed by another garage that sold you the vehicle and didn't perform the reset...

First visit, I arrive at the reception desk: it's under construction. I'm greeted by a woman who explains that quotes are sent by email... surprising!
I send an email as specific as possible to get a quote for my vehicle's needs.
I follow up by phone a week later because there's no response. They explain that they're overwhelmed, etc.
After 15 days... finally a response... they tell me I have to bring my car in to get a quote... 😡
For your information, they don't have the device to reset the tire pressure sensors. You have to go to Stellantis in Orvault.

I came in with an AdBlue problem, and the garage told me I needed to replace the entire tank for €1300 😨 but since it's a manufacturing defect, they were only willing to cover €400… Not agreeing, I complained to Citroën France, who then announced they would cover 100%. But then there was another problem: the garage said the part wasn't available and that a loaner car wasn't possible, as they were only offering them for customers whose cars had broken down 🤨. The garage didn't keep us informed, and after two weeks of calling to find out when the part would arrive, we had to get angry before, miraculously, the part was available the next day and installed immediately. Unbelievable! And not a single apology from them when I took the car back, except to say that Citroën France had been generous with us. How can I put it… it's a manufacturing defect!!
