Absolutely scandalous garage.
I took my Peugeot 308 in for a power loss issue, and I received appalling treatment. The staff were unpleasant, showed no respect for the customer, and displayed absolutely no competence.
They couldn't even take five minutes to use a diagnostic tool to identify the problem or determine which part needed replacing. Clearly, they have no desire to work.
You really feel like you're bothering them.
Avoid this garage at all costs. A complete waste of time; I regret going there.

I wanted to form my own opinion. But yes, you're right. Even on the phone, the person wasn't very pleasant. So I don't even want to call back to schedule an appointment.

Extremely unpleasant service.
We had an oil problem with our PureTech engine. We called to find out their exact location, and they told us to sort it out ourselves and that it wasn't their responsibility to check the oil level. They were very arrogant and unfriendly. Avoid at all costs!
