To blame my mother, who only had to drive about 20 km to get to work and your garage, is truly shameless. Renault's contribution, which you estimated at 50 to 70%, is barely 10%, yet the amount received is a mere 10%. It's not even your contribution; you offered no compensation whatsoever for a recent car purchased for over €10,000…
Furthermore, if it were a case of negligence, Renault wouldn't have covered anything. We regret having contributed to the dishonest practices of a local garage we thought we could trust.
Deep disappointment following the purchase of a recent, low-mileage vehicle for my mother. Although the car was exclusively serviced there, it broke down after only a year.
We're now faced with a bill for several thousand euros, which is almost the same as the purchase price of the vehicle.
Yet we were loyal customers: on our recommendation, my grandmother also used their services. Despite this family trust and the obvious problem with such a new vehicle, the garage offered no compensation, leaving us to face this financially disastrous situation alone.
It's disheartening to see that customer consideration ends as soon as the sale is finalized. We should have commissioned an expert assessment to determine whether it was a hidden defect or a lack of conformity. We bitterly regret having recommended this establishment. A blatant lack of humanity and professionalism.
