My insurance company mandated a garage... The service is a complete mess! (The garage's image reflects the poor service). Eleven days later, I'm left with tape and rigid cardboard underneath, glass shards still embedded in the door panel, and a problem with the window height adjustment (a 1cm gap between the seal and the glass). On the scheduled day, the vehicle still wasn't ready.
It's now November 2024, and I called to request written confirmation for the insurance company that the repairs aren't finished... The guy on the phone was clearly complaining!
I think this perfectly reflects Renault's image.

The rates are high, especially for a breakdown repair (€108), and I'm asked to drop off my car as early as possible to pick it up the same day, and I'm called 10 minutes before the store closes to pick up the vehicle... it might be useful to review the scheduling of appointments!
However, the service and care provided to the vehicle are very satisfactory.

I highly recommend this garage; repairs were done on time, the staff were friendly and responsive – nothing to complain about, you can go there with your eyes closed.

Twice they've had my vehicle repaired following an accident, and each time the work was impeccable and completed quickly.
The staff is friendly and very flexible.
I highly recommend this garage.
