Very professional, excellent value for money, the secretary is fantastic, and the team is generally super friendly and cheerful.

All we can say is that the new manager at Garage Chincholle was extremely polite, took the time to show us what needed to be done to repair our beautiful Kadjar, explained in detail the costs and time the repairs would take, and then offered us a loan car without us asking. As we are English, the gentleman took the time to make sure we understood everything he said, and if we had any difficulty, he made sure we finally did. He was extremely patient, polite, and very, very kind. Especially since my husband had put diesel in my beautiful Kadjar (petrol!!!), the gentleman assured that the problem was due to this situation, but now the car runs wonderfully. I have been using this Renault garage since we moved to Aveyron, which is a good thing because we lived in Limousin before and the Renault garage there was not good at all!!! So I'm glad I found someone who is willing to help and understand.
