False advertising and abuse of power are Dacia's watchwords. Beware of scams. On the website, they entice you with an oil change package of nearly €110 (a package that isn't respected according to the invoice breakdown), and you end up with over €550 on the pretext that your car is four years old, without questioning the relevance of the change, the condition of the parts, or the car's mileage. Not to mention the contempt shown by Dacia's representatives, who, after two phone calls, decide to close the file... very convenient!
Playing local and buying local doesn't always pay off, or depending on how you interpret it, it pays off a lot.

Totally negative experience in this garage: Extremely unpleasant people. They worked on the car without asking the owner's permission (for additional repairs than those initially planned). We had to negotiate for several days to get a replacement vehicle (of significantly lower quality than the initial vehicle). They promised to call to keep us informed, but no calls were made. Implies that there are priority customers who come before us. I absolutely do not recommend this garage and I even strongly advise against it!! We will not set foot there again.

I don't usually share my thoughts and opinions online, but this time I think it's worth it!
A lovely little garage, run by people for whom the word "service" still means something. I should actually write "service" with a capital S, like in "smile"... I highly recommend this garage!
