A top-notch team! We arrived at Marcq Auto with a fault on our Duster after more than 1,000 km on the road to attend a wedding! Without hesitation and with great professionalism, they acted... They even lent us a vehicle to drive around while waiting for the repair. Well done and thank you.

(I don't usually leave reviews, and I know I'm too demanding when it comes to customer service.)
From the moment I arrived at the garage, whether on the phone or in person, as well as during the service itself (diagnosis and repair), the teams at Marc Auto, like those at Garage La Riviera in Villeneuve d'Ascq, were fantastic: incredibly efficient, kind, empathetic, and able to find solutions. And I mean it. I highly recommend both garages.
They have earned my respect, appreciation, gratitude, and therefore my loyalty, time and time again.
And to top it all off, they explain things, guide you, and always try (for someone like me who's a complete novice when it comes to mechanics and electronics) to be clear and helpful.

A curious experience! While I was out taking photographs in front of the garage, I was approached by the owner who questioned me about pointing my telephoto lens into his yard to observe a magpie high up and well beyond his property line.
Being suspected or verbally abused in a public space is an intolerable form of aggression.
To avoid repeating this intrusive behavior:
What you cannot photograph without permission
1. Identifiable people
Even in public spaces, an identifiable person (recognizable face, distinctive posture) has a right to their image. This means:
• You can photograph them without permission, but
• You cannot distribute or publish this photo (social media, website, press, etc.) without their written consent, except in cases of legitimate interest (e.g., journalistic photography of a news event of public interest).
2. Children
Minors benefit from enhanced protection. Photographing or publishing an image of an identifiable child without the express permission of their parents is strictly prohibited.
3. Private properties visible from the public road
Photographing a house or garden visible from the street is permitted, but be careful not to violate the privacy of the occupants (e.g., people in their garden, open windows, etc.).
