I'm sharing my experience with the Autobolvin garage, and more specifically with Thomas, the manager, and Juliette. I bought a recent used car from them (one of their brands) and I wanted to thank them for their professionalism and the quality of our interactions. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, the vehicle was in superb condition, and all the scheduled maintenance was carried out as planned. In short, if you're looking to buy a car, don't hesitate to contact them; you certainly won't be disappointed.

I had the Stop&Start anti-pollution system on my Peugeot 508 repaired based on a quote of €465, supplemented by an optional quote of €960 (electronic control unit replacement) in case the first repair wasn't successful.
The garage gave me good news: the first repair was guaranteed to be sufficient, and I could take my vehicle for its MOT without any problems.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. The "engine fault" warning lights quickly reappeared, and I was offered a second repair for an additional €950. In my mind, there was no guarantee that this second repair would be successful. So, I decided against incurring this additional expense.
I've learned that this garage doesn't seem to understand the concept of a guaranteed repair.
Furthermore, they handle breakdowns haphazardly, with an uncontrolled accumulation of costs. The result: a €465 expense completely wasted. No discussion of a discount was possible. A painful experience.

My insurer sent me to this garage for a photo assessment.
I waited 10 minutes while someone decided to come…
But I was very lucky to be able to participate in the secretary's phone conversation with her colleague! It was so fascinating!!!
Getting back to the person who kept us waiting, she was completely unpleasant. In short, run away from this garage. Incompetent!
