Garage de l'Ocean helped me a lot when I was on holiday at La Palmyra and the airconditioning system appeared empty the day before a trip home of 1000 km at >36`C. They took my car between two other appointments and where very friendly. The price for the refill was correct.

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews and wonder if there's some confusion with a garage of the same name in another region.
Personally, I received a very warm welcome and excellent customer service. A smile from a customer makes for a good start. The follow-up phone call was excellent because there were many parts that needed replacing. I already knew which parts were faulty, and they never tried to add more. The service took a while, but considering their workload, you can't expect to be seen before other customers. And this extra workload is a good sign.
The mechanics are quite young, so perhaps some of them have made mistakes in the past. But who never makes a mistake?
In short, I'm very satisfied. There was no fuss or long explanations to inflate the bill, and in the end, the final bill was lower than the estimate because some parts didn't even need replacing.

Absolute rip-off! This dealership is charging for work on a brand new Duster after only a year, work that isn't even included in the warranty. They charged over €200 for the first oil change after just one year, even though, given the mileage, it should have been done the following year. This was confirmed by the Renault dealership in Rochefort, with the vehicle's service history documented! Stay away! They're a scammer! Shame on you!

Je tiens à revenir sur l'accueil et le professionnalisme qui m'a été accordé. Prise en charge rapide, délai d'exécution des réparations, après un accident plus rapide que le prévisionnel. Encore un grand merci. Allez y vous avez à faire à des vrais garagistes.
