I've owned a Renault 5 E-Tech since January 2025, and last Wednesday, shortly after 5 pm, I got a major red alert: "risk of gearbox failure." Luckily, we were only 200 meters from the dealership, so we went there and were immediately taken care of by the service department with great care. They investigated, found the problem, provided a loaner vehicle, and so on. The breakdown was repaired in just four days, the time it took to receive the part, and they were meticulous about detail, returning the car washed. A huge thank you to the entire service team for their speed and expertise, especially since it was their first time working on this model. After four years with an electric Twingo and now with an R5, this is the only breakdown I've had. I recommend Renault Nogent/Arcisses without hesitation.
