A not-so-pleasant secretary on the phone. I asked her for some information, but she left me with no answer for five minutes. The information was for a part that allows you to open the passenger-side window, and the price she gave me was €258.
A bit expensive, though.

I went to the Citroën garage for a diagnostic check, which took 20 minutes (for a faulty turbocharger). I paid €42 for it, and up to that point, "everything was fine." Following the diagnostic, I asked for a quote, which wasn't even offered. I was told they would send it to me by email. I left with a vehicle with a broken turbocharger, which is not recommended. Two weeks later, with no news, I decided to call the garage again to find out the status of the quote. They told me it was ready and would send it to me by email. To this day, I haven't heard anything...
