I can even give them more than 5 stars! Attentive, kind, professional, available, and helpful. My car was stuck in Marmande after a tire blew out on the highway and a cracked rim. They took care of everything and managed it from start to finish: sending the rim for repair, returning it, reassembling it, etc. Thank you to the whole team! I'm honestly blown away by these incredibly friendly and professional people. Thank you so much!! 👍😊

Everything was perfect, from the welcome and availability to the emergency service, the attentive listening and advice, the mechanics, the exceptional "queen of the site," and the new manager. In a town like Marmande, where every employee in any shop or tradesperson will make you feel, at some point, that you're in their way and that friendliness is a bonus... frankly, the ENTIRE team at this center is exemplary. Easy comparison: I had a minor accident at 12:15 PM, the tires were fitted around 3:00 PM at Taquipneu, I also contacted Renault during their lunch break, and I even called my father's neighbor who works there... I got a call back this morning at 8:18 AM. LOL. Good, unnecessary wake-up call.
