Contract breach: he refused to service my rental car from Spoticar, even though he wasn't authorized to do so, and threw me out of his office like a dog... but... Spoticar after-sales service, consumer associations, DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control), Maison de la Justice et du Droit (House of Justice and Law), Point-Droit (a French legal advice service) are currently involved.

A great garage.
I arrived with a broken-down DS5, and all the garages told me it would take a month and a half just to look into the problem... so I preferred to have my car towed to the nearest Garage des Grandes Vignes, what a pleasant surprise! The team, for the sake of their conscience, looked at it the same day and fixed it immediately with a simple update... we can only give top marks for such service! In short, I recommend it; finally, a garage that has managed to remain on a human scale and does its best to meet customer needs.

My mother put her car down, for a front bumper and a small engine shock, he wanted to declare it a wreck at all costs, without having seen an expert I think! Take the car to a small garage, the garage said it was nothing and that it had a little bit of work, to avoid completely (knowing that the model I'm talking about is a Citroën... anyway)

For me, it was like meeting an angel on my journey.
The service was absolutely top-notch.
Having lost my cruise control, this little feature was incredibly convenient. I received genuine human assistance, with a true sense of service. I left with my cruise control working again. So happy, thanks to the garage staff, to be able to keep racking up the miles.

I went to this garage because it's close to my home. After visiting dealerships, I was very well received by the salesperson, who took the time to listen to me and understand my needs.
At the second appointment, I was able to drive the two car models I was undecided between, which was a real plus when it came to choosing. Once my request was finalized, I went back one last time to pick up my car. I didn't have to worry about paperwork; everything was ready.
I highly recommend this garage, where the customer is listened to and leaves satisfied with their purchase. Thank you to Mr. Sagot for his professionalism.
