I went to this garage for two repairs: a coolant change, which was carried out correctly, and a headlight adjustment. Unfortunately, the latter was not satisfactory, and the situation actually worsened.

My feedback is more of a suggestion than a formal review:
I booked an appointment online on November 24th for a service on December 16th.
The appointment was confirmed, and the garage said it would be soon.
On December 12th, having received no further information, I called to ask if the appointment had been confirmed.
The result: the appointment hadn't even been sent to the garage, which was unfortunately fully booked until January.
So, I'm passing on the advice I received over the phone: to book an appointment, CALL THE GARAGE DIRECTLY.
Thank you to the person who answered the phone, who was clearly embarrassed by the situation, but who nevertheless greeted me politely.

Absolutely avoid them!

I already suspected they were thieves a few years ago when, during a tire change, they told me I absolutely had to change the brake pads (it's dangerous, right there (sic)), and that neither the vehicle inspection nor the manufacturer's service done 2-3 months later had noted it (Suzuki: "No, the brake pads are fine, we'll change them at the next service"). So, due to circumstances, I had a tire repaired there. I picked up my car Friday evening, the tire supposedly repaired, I drove 1 km home, all good. When I went to take it Monday morning, the tire in question was completely flat... I took it back, they made me pay for the repair again, telling me there was a new piece of metal (sic) and that I was just unlucky... The same tire, without even driving it? Really unlucky, right? I paid, but I hope you didn't.
And I'm going to have my tire inspected.
