Friendly, fast, accurate pricing. Went in for an oil change on a bmw vehicle they do not make here in france. They were able to help me quickly and get me the right oil and filter. Parking was a bit hard to find, but other than that, it was great.

We were assisted by Mr. Antoine Deperetti, who clearly explained the process, the necessary steps, and provided us with plenty of helpful advice. 👍
Mr. Deperetti was available at all times, right up until the vehicle was delivered.
He was very responsive regarding two or three minor issues with the vehicle: paint touch-up and windshield replacement for a micro-scratch, all completed in just two days. ⏱️🔧
BMW and Mr. Deperetti went above and beyond to ensure our comfort by lending us a higher-end vehicle (X2 2L) for those two days. A truly appreciated gesture. 🙏🚘
A huge thank you also to the handover specialist, Mr. Enzo Lambotin, who generously gave his time to explain how the vehicle works, how to create profiles, keys, etc. 🧑🏫🔑
All the staff at BMW Grand Sud that I met were truly pleasant and helpful… and they even offer you coffee! ☕😄
