I called because I had a flat tire and was told to come in for repairs right away. At the reception desk, I was met by someone who said he would take care of me after the customer he was serving. After asking who was paying (me or the rental company), he ushered four people ahead of me without even looking at me or saying a word. So I went to another Renault dealership on the road to St. Pierre les Martigues, where they took care of me immediately and with a smile.
It turns out the tire was completely worn out and both tires needed replacing. Perhaps if he had known that, the person would have been more welcoming.

The bodywork department, especially Léa, who manages it and whom I dealt with, was extremely professional. She was able to adapt the existing proposals to my specific needs. The work was done very cleanly and went above and beyond what was required. (I even got my headlights polished!) I highly recommend this garage, which is unfairly underrated.
