I bought a car that didn't require a license, and the brakes made noise. I was told that was normal, but after 9 months the brakes failed completely. I had to pay for all the brakes and many other repairs myself. The car also wouldn't start in cold weather. I wouldn't recommend it. No one answers the phone... I paid over €4000 for the car. And after only a year, I have to spend money on repairs.

Purchase of a used Scenic in this garage, a disaster, garage to flee, a weaving of lies and hidden defects to lead to the sale of a Scenic 4 with only 10,000 kilometers, vehicle sold to dealer therefore to professional without guarantee and in the state, but to sell a vehicle rusting under the seats and flooding in the passenger compartment, with the carpets completely moldy and the headliner stained by humidity, all hidden of course and sold with the excuse "the bench seats remained lowered too long it has some marks", vehicle with 10,000 kilometers we recall it and rusting in all the passenger compartment as if it had 300,000, had more put on a bridge of the vehicle, front right shock absorbers which leak and which put grease on the entire front left axle with once again a mileage of 10,000 kms and to top it all off, a broken side plastic pillar and the central screen with a crack on The instrument cluster. To summarize, we traveled 800 kilometers to pick up the vehicle with a courier. When we arrived, we were in for a surprise. The garage simply told us over the phone. "You bought from a dealer," we didn't see and we're not aware that the vehicle had been flooded. Even though the vehicle had been in stock for a year, they had plenty of time to see the visible rust between the seats and on all the vehicle's tie-down rings. A word of advice: avoid this garage. They sell you a moldy, rusty car with 10,000 kilometers and hide it well before you buy it.

After a breakdown, I called last night.
They gave me an appointment for today at 5 pm (I'm running late...!). They took care of me immediately, did a quick diagnosis, the part was available, the repair was done, and payment was accepted. An hour and a half later, I was back on the road for my vacation, my car repaired and ready to go! At another dealership in the area, I've been going crazy for the past two weeks!
