My vehicle was towed to this garage by a breakdown service after a breakdown on the nearby motorway, and the repair was carried out quickly despite the holiday season. The phone communication was very good in keeping me informed of the situation.
Update 10/01: After taking a look under my vehicle, I noticed that the under-engine protection plate in the wheel well was missing at least 7 out of about 20 fasteners.
(I'm sure they were all there because I do the maintenance myself.) This is all very unprofessional, hence the one-star deduction.

The insurance company dispatched a tow truck to our apartment hotel. At 3:17 a.m., a message indicated an arrival within 60 minutes. Subsequently, the tow truck driver twice announced an arrival within 30 minutes, but never actually arrived.
Numerous text messages were exchanged, with repeated requests (GPS location, photos of the vehicle, equipment), which kept us going in circles for several hours in the middle of the night. The tow truck driver finally stated that he was not equipped to perform the tow and offered only to move the vehicle to the side of the road before leaving us there.
The driver's behavior during these exchanges was inappropriate, including mocking remarks. The tow truck was ultimately not towed.

We were unlucky and had to wait for our campervan to be repatriated to Belgium. We received a very warm welcome at the garage, and they took excellent care of our expensive campervan, for which we are very grateful.

Unreliable Garage
We bought our car from this garage in February 2025. One month later, our car broke down on the highway and the garage towed it. They said it was just an air hose. But since then, a warning light has been on the dashboard and the car has trouble starting. We've taken it back to the garage several times. They supposedly ran a diagnostic check and found nothing. We had the diagnostic check done at another garage which found several faults, most of which we were able to fix.
So either the employees are incompetent or they hid the car's problem from us.

A friendly mechanic who reassured me about the return trip to Paris that same day. It is indeed a rear (left) wheel bearing. Thank you.
