The service was friendly, no problem there. However, there was a bit of a wait on my last visit due to a missing brake pad; I understand you can't have everything at once. I brought my car in at 8:30 am for maintenance (oil change, oil filter, fuel filter, and windshield wipers... apparently, they also needed rear brake pads). The result was a full day of downtime. A whole day that wasn't planned, but the owner was able to explain the situation, which was much appreciated, and therefore deserves a very good rating considering the circumstances that affected my work. I would still go back because they are serious and professional people.

I called a little panicked because I had an orange light that came on. The lady on the phone was very kind and reassuring. The mechanic was lovely and explained things to me. It's good to see pleasant and smiling people despite the mask.

I would give zero stars, but apparently that's not possible. Absolutely avoid this place! They asked me to pay over €2000 for a repair when it was just a connector that needed replacing. I asked them to take my car back, and that's when I realized they hadn't even bothered to put everything back together.
What's more, they told me, "If you want, I can sell you a station wagon"—what a joke! Avoid at all costs!

Top-notch Renault garage! The lady on the phone was very pleasant, the mechanic was very accommodating and really very friendly. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.
