We cashed the check but didn't take responsibility for the mistakes… The garage promised to order the two parts they themselves damaged during a rather expensive repair (a complete dashboard replacement). We called every two months to politely remind them; we understand they might be very busy and that ordering parts could take time. Each time, they told us, "Yes, yes, I'll put you at the top of the list." Eight months later, the same silence.
We are extremely disappointed.

Excellent service. They drove me home and even helped me find my car in Lavernose while they inspected it. They explained everything clearly, and there were no surprises with the price. In short, I'm very happy with them.
I had bought a used car, and they checked it thoroughly. I recommend doing this because you have 15 days to change your mind; it's much better than just lifting the hood and pretending to know what you're doing.

Friendly service, always available.
They took my car in urgently because they understood I couldn't be without a vehicle (I even had a loaner car while I waited). The repair was done quickly, the price was reasonable, and they offered easy payment options.
I have nothing more to say except that I happily recommend them 👍

Visit following a problem with the automatic closing of one of the doors. I had a quick appointment (D+1) the mechanic on site was great! He didn't try to take money from me at all costs. He carried out several checks and found the source of the problem. He was able to resolve it quickly and easily. He saved me hundreds of euros! Thank you and I definitely recommend him!
