This garage is definitely not one to avoid! On the contrary! The owners are welcoming and always ready to help! They listen to their customers and are respectful. I wholeheartedly recommend both garages: one on Rue Saint-Rémy and the other on Avenue Foch.

This garage is absolutely terrible! The man and his wife are awful people, completely unprofessional. They scam people without any scruples. They do repairs on cars without authorization, no estimate, no paperwork. They leave and then call back to tell you the price without having bought any parts or anything! So don't even take your car there for an estimate because they'll do the repairs without asking your permission! And above all, they overcharge for parts. Don't be fooled by his smile; it's just a way to rip you off. This man is clever; he does everything over the phone so there's no record of what was said. He speaks very rudely. It's because of mechanics like him that we lose all trust. And on top of that, he represents the Renault brand! Bravo!
