We have arrived there towed, we were received very well, it was about a Volkswagen Crafter, it got fixed, we paid 6.000 Euros, the interventions were fast, Vw Mende Lozere ordered the parts, we could talk during this repairment with Mr.Jeremy Chapelle, the engineer that keeps the things flowing. So, a big thumb up, thank you!

A disastrous experience. In May 2024, our company purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan at the Centre Auto Lozere Volkswagen store in Mende, 48. Two months after purchasing the vehicle, it began to exhibit defects: warning lights that repeatedly lit up, and especially constant beeping. This prevented us from working properly for several months. After taking the vehicle to the dealership multiple times, it was never properly repaired (just simple updates). In July 2025, the vehicle remained immobilized at the dealership. We contacted our legal protection agency, and an expert visited the dealership in August 2025. On the day of the appraisal, the workshop manager informed us that Volkswagen France was requesting a complete replacement of the GATEWAY to determine if the problem could possibly be caused by this, but without any certainty and without asking our opinion, even though that same day we were requesting a cancellation of the sale. The expert declared the vehicle dangerous and defective. In early September 2025, the dealership returned the vehicle to our home, certifying that it had been repaired. A week later, my partner had a motorway incident that could have been catastrophic. A manager with outlandish remarks and no questioning. The situation has now lasted 13 months; the dealership is still unable to repair the vehicle, and above all, they want to return it to us defective and dangerous, even though we transport people (children, the elderly, the sick). Avoid this dealership if you want to avoid problems and long and costly procedures.

Yannick was an efficient salesperson who handled the remote sale of my used car. He was incredibly helpful and even called me specifically to ask which tires I wanted, as they were nearing the end of their life. Thanks to the Mende team!

Hello. I am very disappointed with the after-sales service following the purchase of my vehicle. During the sale, the salesman Yannick was completely available, but after the sale it's a different story. I have been requesting vehicle maintenance for over a week now, and despite my calls and emails, I have received no response from the salesman. As a result, there is no maintenance record for my vehicle. I do not recommend this garage, which abandons you after the sale.

Very negative review – Catastrophic experience with my Golf 8 GTI Clubsport I dropped off my Golf 8 GTI Clubsport for a simple oil change and because the SOS light was on. The result? The oil change was done, but the light was still there. I picked up the car, drove barely 20 km, and then: the engine warning light came on, along with the message "risk of engine failure." Diagnosis: broken water pump housing, even though nothing had been found during the initial diagnosis. So I took the car back. They explained that the shark fin antenna needed to be replaced to fix the SOS light, and that the water pump housing needed to be replaced as well. Fine. But a week later, a new problem: the Lane Assist warning light came on. This time, they told me that the entire steering wheel needed to be replaced. I've never had any issues with Lane Assist before. Strangely, all these problems appeared after their work. And of course: no goodwill gesture, no apology, no acknowledgment from them. And that's not all: I learned that some mechanics had been playing around with my car during what they called a "test drive." In reality, they were revving the engine and driving the vehicle as if it were their own. This isn't just hearsay; people saw them doing it. It's a complete lack of professionalism and respect. It's also worth noting that I was in the process of selling this vehicle. Because of all this, the buyer canceled the sale. And when I finally got the car back, it was filthy, completely uncleaned, even though they had driven it. But of course, the bill was ready, for work done without any signed work order from me. - The only positive point: the receptionist/secretary at the workshop. A truly kind, professional, and respectful person who was serious from beginning to end. Honestly, thank you to her. She was the only one who was up to the task.
