Following the purchase of a new vehicle, a manufacturer recall was issued for defects. The service was carried out. The problem persisted, prompting a call to the garage. Due to lack of time and no need for the vehicle, it was dropped off a year later. The result: €320 for a simple service, whereas Roady or Feu Vert (after checking) quoted €170. The service was nonexistent, the workshop manager was awful, and the branch manager turned his head away during the conversation. A complete lack of respect. Only the credit card matters to them. Avoid at all costs, or pay more for very little service and a complete lack of corrective action.

The customer is not supported and there is no attention to the problems encountered, which has resulted in additional costs that could have been avoided. No questioning, no apologies, not even the slightest commercial gesture. I am extremely disappointed with the welcome and treatment received. The workshop manager would benefit from questioning himself and prioritizing communication with the customer, rather than simply seeking to be right.
