Very warm welcome this Thursday, October 23rd in the morning by Marine and her colleague at the DS service, as part of the replacement of the TAKATA Airbag of my DS4 (2011). Although the appointment time was initially scheduled for 10:00 a.m., they offered to carry out the operation as soon as I arrived at the dealership. This offer saved me from having to cycle to work and back. I left 25 minutes later with a brand new Airbag. Thank you to them for their professionalism.

Excellent welcome and reception of the vehicle by Mr. David DE BARROS, very professional, with detailed explanations of the service process from A to Z, as I waited on site (coffee was offered and still offered by Mr. DE BARROS, who was in charge of my file that day).
A time for the return of the vehicle was respected, and finally, detailed explanations of the entire procedure, including any recommendations for future tire and brake changes, etc.
And finally, a short video of the technician on the vehicle, explaining the initial checks, the condition of the tires, the brake pads, etc.
