I went there twice and met with two different receptionists trying to get the Takata airbag replaced on my C3. Both, in a rather unprofessional manner, made it clear they didn't want to take the vehicle in, claiming I wasn't a customer. They didn't even try to find a solution. Yet, the garage is listed as an approved repair shop on the Citroën website for registering the vehicle during the recall. It's when the brand you represent has technical problems that you recognize the professionals; this garage may not be one of them. I got an appointment at Citroën Gemy Laval in two minutes with real professionals, but it means a 25 km round trip, whereas Garage de l'Ouest was only 5 km from my home.

A very professional garage that was able to get my car back on the road and repair it quickly despite their busy schedule. I didn't expect to get my car back so fast! The staff were welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend them!

A very competent, professional, and friendly garage.
I moved to Toulouse, but since I regularly return to Mayenne, I take my car to them after a very bad experience in Toulouse.
I know that with them, I won't have any unpleasant surprises.

We've been customers for 10 years now. And we're always satisfied! They don't do unnecessary repairs; if something can wait, they tell you, whereas many garages would just replace parts!
So, when we bought two cars at the same time, we trusted them completely.
