The whole team is quite friendly! It's a shame that the secretary is so unpleasant, even rude, to customers! She has a way of addressing customers that just makes you want to run away to another garage... luckily the rest of the family is there to raise the level of welcome.

I would have given them 5 stars until last month's incident.
€200 for a fault diagnosis on my air conditioning, followed by a €1000 quote for the repair.
--> In the end, nothing works because another component is also faulty.
At NO POINT did they warn us that the repair might not be enough.
They held our vehicle hostage, forcing us to pay for a useless repair to get it back.
So everything's fine as long as they don't make a mistake they don't want to take responsibility for.
BE CAREFUL: ASK FOR A WRITTEN QUOTE AND FIRM COMMITMENTS
