A very professional garage, from the initial phone call to the return of the vehicle.
A great welcome; they take the time to explain things thoroughly and know when to delegate when the problem is beyond their expertise (e.g., a different brand of vehicle).
It's a welcome change from mechanics who replace parts based on an alarming, guesswork diagnosis.
As a woman, it's sad to say, but I'm not often used to being listened to and taken seriously when it comes to cars.
Thank you again for raising the bar; I will gladly return for my vehicle's maintenance.

I wasn't a customer.
I've always maintained my vehicles, but as my age no longer allowed me to do this type of hobby, I turned to a professional recommended by a colleague.
Very friendly welcome.
Immediate and free inspection of a questionable silent block.
Not a vehicle of the brand, but a JEEP RENEGADE. Quote for the timing belt, belt, brake fluid, and various other items.....
Intervention in early March.
SUPERB. Only changes the necessary parts, attention to detail (white grease on the engine cover rubbers!!!).
This garage has gained a customer (for several cars).

I heard a strange noise coming from my car at the end of June. Between garages that told me not to worry without even inspecting the vehicle and those rude ones who couldn't be bothered to look at it before their summer holidays, I found the Renault Tholly garage.
They explained everything clearly, the garage was clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. Plus, they managed to find the problem and repair my car before their summer break.
Thank you so much. I've found my go-to garage, and that's not easy these days.

I wasn't a customer, but I got an appointment within 24 hours. Good service, no frills but efficient; now my air conditioning works. Reasonable price. This garage has just acquired a new customer.
