I went to this garage twice.
Both times, the receptionist tried to upsell me on unnecessary services, claiming she was incompetent.
The first time, she quoted me for three fairings when only one needed replacing.
The second time, I asked for a diagnostic check for a combustion problem on my 0.9 TCE engine. She practically laughed at me when I asked to have the injection control unit checked. Ultimately, after going to another garage, my diagnosis was correct.
She did, however, have the honesty to admit they were unable to perform a complete diagnostic.
The mechanics were fine; they were accommodating and more open to discussion.
I would still advise going elsewhere.

They repaired my car in 48 hours (and did the MOT the same day) by finding the problem, something a certain Renault garage failed to do, having already replaced that part twice in two years without trying to find out why, as did the auto center where it broke down. I've found a new local garage, welcoming and friendly. I'll be back! Thanks again.

I called about a technical problem with my vehicle, and the employee who answered the phone was very haughty, laughed in my face because she didn't know how to solve my problem, and refused to put me through to a mechanic.
I won't be taking my car there.
